The heart of Green Lands Blue Waters is the network of people we engage with. We’re sending big  congratulations and gratitude to our Cohort Three Equipping Next Gen Ag Leaders who wrapped up the program last fall. Thank you to all of our fabulous mentors, trainers and co-lead Dr. Akilah Martin, and to mentees Gopika, Taonga, April, Maria, Sithin, Tessa, Eva, Sofia, Destiny, Delicia, David and Danny. Go well into the future!

Beautiful parting words from one of our Cohort Three participants below. As we move further into 2026, may we all embrace her spirit of moving from uncertainty to possibility through community and belonging.

As this fellowship draws to a close, I can only feel its imprint in every corner of who I am. Inside that space, I rediscovered myself—confident, purposeful, and unafraid. Your smiles, gentle questions, and steady encouragement turned uncertainty into possibility for me. Thank you for—most of all—the belonging.

Thank you to all of our partners for another successful year!
